I know its different for everyone,But how much diesel do you burn per acre? for different crops? I didn't really keep track this year but I am going to next year. How does notill compare to plowing or disking? I use 5 gallon jerry cans right now So it will be easy for me to keep track.
Just wondering what everyone figures on fuel usage.
here's a sample of mine in US gallons. Your mileage may vary.
.5 gal/ac for 6 rn cultivator
2 gal/ac moldboard plowing sod
1 gal/ac offset disking plowed ground
1 gal/ac field cultivator
.75 gal/ac drilling
2.5 gal/ac combining beans
