need a whole lot more info was he snoozing when he shoulda been doing something, how many hours that day / week / month
worked for a big steel company for a lotta years & some days when slow, after getting up @ 4 am several days in a row, found a nice spot to park the truck & grab a few winks
the job was never ignored you need to expand
