Don't throw all the FedEx guys under the bus. I had something delivered by them recently. The guy was concerned about whether everything was still in my box. When it went on his truck, he said the box was ripped open - big enough hole to lose stuff out of. So he kind of patched up the box, but stayed in my driveway while I opened it to make sure all was ok. A little while later, I saw him 'discussing the days events' while delivering something to a neighbor and stopped to thank him. They aren't all bad.
