I wouldn't plant beans on a hill like that here. And sure as heck would not bale the stubble. And if did plant beans I would be in a sweaty panic until I got something growing to cover the ground. Now I am not questioning your farming practice I just wanted to point out differences in other areas. I think our ground must be much more prone to washing. Also with 4 inches to 12 inches of topsoil we dont have alot to work with. Nwpa


Edit to add....those are beans far cleaner than anything in our county. I will also say the treflan posts on agtalk may get me to try some.
