Definitely innoculate. No nitrogen, at least not early. Beans are a large consumer of phosphorus. They dont like high sodium or sol salts. On good ground a final stand of 100k (planted 115-130k) on tough ground i plant as high as 250k. If you run a popup on corn, you could also do a bean type popup.
