| I have read where its possible to combine edible peas. At what moisture is it possible to attempt to cut them without choking down a combine? Is there a lot of damage to the pea if you were gonna cut them with a lot of moisture in them for putting them up? My mom planted a lot of peas to put up and freeze and I told her it may be possible to cut them with the combine and alleviate her handpicking them. John Deere 9600 with rigid 218 header on the machine with rasp bars I believe. Thanks for any input.. | |
