How much NH3 are you planning on putting on?
If you plan on putting much over 50 lbs of commercial N on I question how much of the "take advantage of that manure the first year" you're really going to do.
As far as the analysis, unless they have made big changes in management or nutrition, manure analysis stays fairly consistent from year to year for a specific building. Last years analysis is a good place to start.
