I just bought a used Toro Z master with a Kubota diesel. Wanted a diesel ZTR for some time, and wanted Kubota power, but not a fan of a full blown Kubota machine. After using both gas garden tractors and gas ztr's it is amazing how much my fuel consumption dropped. I wouldn't stay away from gas, but I definitely love this diesel.
