osage city kansas
Just finished corn well except trial 12 acre patch where we planted July 10th after wheat just for an experiment it's about 3 weeks from being ready I will post results it has had 25 inches of rain since planting which is usually more rain than we get all year in Kansas but the last field I did was 21 acres and the deer pretty much destroyed it from the combine looked like every other stalk was just a blank red cob not a kernel on them shucks pulled back and striped clean. Never seen it so bad after all said and done across the scales still made 80bpa really suprised me I figure it would be way less I figured they ate at least 30 bpa from the looks at all the striped ears. I told the hunters to get out there this year the deer do a lot of damage
