$4.06 maybe a short term target (The July high)?
Also, to answer some questions from above - 2004 blows every other year out of the water, trend adjusted. 2013 was about trendline, so that wasn't well above, so we have 2014, 2015, and now 2016 well above. 3 years in a row has happened once since 1970 - 85, 86, and 87. There was also a streak of at or above trendline from 2003 through 2010 that was at or above trend. The "low" was printed in 2009, well before any "2012 weather scare".
