| Looking to buy a 4wd tractor because I have more acres to cover and my biggest tractor right now is magnum 8940. I am a young farmer so new tractor buying is not a option but looking more for a good used one. The tractor will mostly be used to pull spring cultivator and land leveling. I found than the 92 steiger serie are affordable tractors for my situation. There are still some 9280 or 9270 with low hours (3500-4200hrs)for $60-70000. What is your experience with these tractors ? Good or bad? I need this tractor for around 400hrs/year. So if I buy it at 4000hrs do you think it can last another 15 years or up to 10000hrs or I am better to look at newer tractor. Thank you for your help.
