I can't. The bank should have people smart enough to know this can be written off. I know it's possible and things would still balance. If the bank isn't smart enough to know they wasted money sending this out (not just postage, but labor, too) then they aren't a very good bank. It's stupid and wasteful.
May need a loan to pay this loan off.......
