| 570 is same impressive platform as 580 and as such, has more threshing/separating/cleaning capacity than power to max out those systems. There is a chip to give it more power for your soybeans, and that's probably what I'd do. To keep cracking to a minimum, run threshing cylinder slowly (500-600) and concave clearance around 10-13. Occasionally have seen it do a good job with concave open to around 17-19 and cylinder speed up to 800 or so. This will free up some hp as concave is wider and cylinder is faster. Run rotors 100-150 rpm faster than cyilnder as a general rule of thumb. | |
