we got an inch the other night and were running the next day, ground was fine and beans were fine, foliage laying on ground was the problem, to tough and would get pushed by the guards instead of cut.

like others said its late, if they can feed into the combine its time to go. I have combined in the rain, no big deal. at this time of the year the rain can turn to snow any time so waiting for perfect is not an option.
