| It's not dusty if you can see the implement behind you.
Driving home today there was a temporary highway sign that said low visibility ahead about 1/2 mile down the road was a quad track pulling a cloud of dust in a field full of tumbleweeds that has not been farmed in awhile. I still don't know what implement the tractor was pulling.
