I could see wide swings in dockage if they are using a probe. Its a bit of "luck of the draw" when they probe. If you watch when in the truck when you load it, you will notice pods/stems and large weed seeds( cocklebur is bad) will migrate to the outside of the box, but things like grass/weeds seeds will concentrate in the middle. Probes are supposed to be random, but I think sometimes individual probe operators will develop habits.. always probing same place etc. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose.
