| The square part named FOX/10W 250J is a ten watt wire wound "cement" power resistor. Its expected to run warm. It ran hot and ignited the board under it. The part is probably OK. The board is conductive (carbon) where it should be insulating. Had this part been rated for higher power and mounted away from the board, the board might still be OK.
The gray part with color code stripes is a resistor, not a diode. Its been overheated by the big resistor and the electrolytic has been boiled by the heat of the big resistor.
