southern MN | Boy howdy, we might need an 'ark' payment here, it just rains and rains and rains. Got another half inch over night, doesn't sound like much, but it's piled on the othe .5 to 1.5 inch rains we get every 12 to 48 hours.......
Wonder if I get an 'arc' payment this year, with the multiple county offices involved we hardly know what the payment is based on anymore locally since the closed our office several years ago.
Actually we might qualify for an 'ark' payment, heard on the news yesterday some money was just made available for the bad flooding, my county was included. Probably more geared to local govt support tho.
