As long as they get the work done, or put it down when they need to be doing something, I don't see a problem.  I find myself on mine quite a bit sitting in the grain cart tractor waiting for the combine to fill up, or waiting on a truck.  Nothing to do in the middle of a field and I can catch up on here and do some other reading.
