Real shrink is 1.18%, typical elevator shrink is 1.4%, and they are charging you 3%. So taking 3%-1.4% (typical elevator)=1.6% charge for drying only. At $3 corn that is $.048/pt for drying which is pretty steep. With that kind of charge I would definitely wait until under 20 and hopefully 17-18%.
