SW MO | I think that it has to do with what the fad crime is today. Dressing up as a clown isn't a crime, but lots of activities that go with it is. Today the new fad may be committing crimes dressed as a clown. It is still currently shooting cops, a few years back it was mass shootings like schools and movie theaters, a few years before that it was kidnappings. Its just a fad, we have always had them, and we always will. | |
