63-33 has a very narrow root that is kind of a penetrating root. If it is on high fertility high OM soils especially in conventional tillage it has a good likelihood to root lodge.

Where I have the best luck with 63-33 is clay/timber soil No Till bean stubble. That root has something to attach to and it does well on clay ground.

63-33 is a hybrid with tons of yield potential but some risk does follow it.
