I think what we are seeing is nothing more than social media taking a bizarre fear of clowns that some people have and exploiting it. For whatever reason a lot of people are scared of or have a thing about clowns. There are a bunch of morons out there who have chosen to use the fear to screw with people. I really don't think it is anything more than that. Oh these people that are doing it have a screw lose but we as a society have made it easy for them by broadcasting to the world what we are scared of. I really don't think this has anything to do with welfare and people who don't work either.
