Here 6333 is a poor rooted hybrid. It has a small root mass and lodges bad when the soil is wet.


Greg, my neighbor and I own a combine together so we harvest together. We are in central Illinois also. He had 63-33 last year and it was the best corn we shucked. We had a lot of rain in June of 15 like most did. It never went down or lodged at all. I planted some of it this year and was one of my best numbers so far. Appreciate the heads up, but I wonder why some are seeing that and we haven't.
