Nwmo | St joe had some guys dressing up as clowns and walking around parks at night with baseball bats and crowbars etc. Police caught one of them and let him go, they haven't really done anything that I know of here in town. Looks to me like some people started this a couple of years ago after the show American Horror Story had a killer clown on it. There is probably a thread on reddit somewhere of people posting news paper articles about the hysteria they are causing in there locale by dressing up like a clown. | |
