Subject: RE: USDA Illinois Soybean Average is too High

Genoa, Illinois
I have only heard a few soybean yields in this area that was really good (77,80,82 ) that I would consider reliable. I know 2 of the 3 high yields were following several years of corn. The vast majority have been low 60's which is nothing to complain about, but less than expected for some. I think there will be some more high 60's and low 70's when we get further along, the weather has been terrible for bean harvest.
