We have a memory foam mattress.  It's comfortable but hot, I guess it is a great insulator and holds your body heat.  Gotta keep the bedroom a lot cooler now.  IMHO not that much difference in it and a good quality conventional mattress.

Oh yea, the foam mattress doesn't transfer motion, wife can get out of bed and never wake me up unless she jerks the covers.
