Subject: Volunteer soybeans growing, now what ?

Harvested soybeans around 9-22-16 had some sickle loss because they were so dry, then received 5" of rain followed by warm weather. Now I have green carpet of volunteer soybeans. Never had this happen before. What should I do now ? Spray with Dicamba ?
Will they serve any purpose as a cover crop until it freezes ?
BTW I am in S Minn.
Thanks a million
