It clearly wasn't just an isolated incident involving a single rogue employee. So I think their execs should be walked out of their fancy offices wearing handcuffs and sentenced to 20 years in Federal prison. Just because a person wears a suit doesn't mean he should get away with promoting an outrageous scheme to defraud the customers.
