Oh, I bet it won't stay rare. I hope the seed companies are working on a Bt soybean for this. We'll need it. It can't really be controlled with insecticide, they have a 30-50 day egglaying window. You'd need continuous insecticide out there the whole time to really control them, and that's a bad idea.
