That is around the spot I stop unless the weather is pushing me.
The dock is one thing, but remember you are hauling them extra water anyway. At anything under 13% you are giving away beans anyway, better to be a little wet than a little dry.
Typically the beans that don't shatter when you are cutting wet will pay for a lot or all of the discount.
