So they were running close to the speed limit and you are ticked that you were prevented from breaking the law even more than you were.  Don't really see where you have any right to complain. Kinda like the pot calling the kettle black.

You ever stop by the tavern to have a couple beers with the guys and drive home? How about drive after a 36 hour straight shift on the combine? Or put on one chain instead of four because "I'm just going 3 miles up the road"?

 Point being, it's not up to you or a couple rogue truckers to police the roads. That's why cops are paid, and fines are handed out.
