Subject: RE: Blocking traffic

North of London
Routine speed is 110 for trucks and up to 120 for cars.
You can drive right through a speed check and so far not get a ticket unless you are in excess of 120 even though limit is 100.
I would not push it so much in construction areas where limit is 80, 90 or over would get you ticketed I am sure.

These 2 drivers were deliberately blocking traffic for somewhere in excess of 30 kms that we followed them and who knows how far before that.

Farm machines usually only go short distances blocking traffic and most will allow traffic to pass from time to time and if they farm machinery does not allow traffic past then they need to be taught how to share the road too.
