Short answer is "no". If there were an actual lease that specified an ongoing indefinite lease and the terms it might have a chance but even then would probably not hold up. I am curious why some think the niece and nephew are "greedy" for wanting to sell this farm? Maybe they have no interest in owning a farm and could use the money. I don't see the problem.
