Ontario | i was a subscriber for nearly two years and they started leaving me messages like that this spring. very loud, annoying messages offering me a "free" extra radio, asking me to upgrade my service to get premium channels and a few others things i can't remember. got sick of it after about the 5th message and called to cancel. when asked why i told him it was because of the messages and after explaining my problem he didn't seem to understand and told me i was cancelling for a "stupid reason". after cancelling then the messages started asking me to resubscribe, again very loud and very annoying. ended up going to their site where i found i was able to change my phone number which i did(111-111-1111) and i haven't got another message since. they do still email me but that goes directly into the spam folder so not really an issue but i could always change my email too if needed
