North Central Illinois | Make sure they put the rocks back in the bottom of the ditch. Have one here put in in '49. There's a 50' wide strip with a lot of baseball sized rocks in an otherwise rock free black 80.
They just made a repair in August and were fair about crop damage and did a nice job. I did need to fix the fence they cut to access the right of way though. Their crew tried, but they didn't have a clue how to fix a fence. The land agent gladly paid my bill for doing it myself though. | |
