West Central Wisconsin | I'm 54 and have to admit a couple of years ago all soda I drank had what I would call a "sanitizer" taste to it. I couldn't drink more than a sip of a Pepsi, Mt Dew or other cola. I have been giving up soda because of my diabetes so when I would drink some it tasted awful. I don't seem to have that taste in soda the very rare times I do drink one now, however. Even some foods had odd tastes I didn't care for or had noticed before. I kind of attributed it to the handful of pills I take each day that are slowly killing me. Are you on any new meds?
About the wine tasting like vinegar, I have about a hundred bottles of wine in the basement that I made from 2006 to 2012 that are definitely starting to taste like vinegar but I have no problem getting rid of it to some of my daughters friends. :) | |
