1972,elderly farmer wanted to sell his place to us,90 acres $10000 worth of heifers and equipment,decent house and nice little barn on main road,about all very good tillable land in one chunk,came to see us all the time,wanted $32000 for everything,we decided against it and instead built two harvestores for hmsc and haylage.place is worth $450000 today,silos,not so much
