Lancaster PA | We have one going on our property in 2017. Ask for a more than they offer but don't be a jerk about it. We found the company we are working with very willing to do what we asked. After having our attorney look over the paperwork we had them agree that they could only access the right of way by the right of way. Also make sure to state in the agreement that if they want to put another line in the right of way they need to renegotiate another payment. Even if you don't prefer it you might as well get all you can get out of it. | |
