You can say what you want and get it without a lawyer if you do it and clearly state what you expect and demand. So many companies retain every Lawyer that knows anything so you could hire some lawyer who you have to pay as they learn. We have friends who had a fifty Thousand dollar lawyer Bill and got no better lease than us. My wife is really smart and I am very creative and assertive. :) | |
