West Cental Arkansas | Could have bought 50% of a Ford dealership in our town. Had the collateral to make it happen. Listened to my Dad who thought row crop and cows was the only way to make $$$.
Could have owned 20% of a funeral home. 5 guys signed for the money to build it. No money down. Listened to my Dad who thought row crops and cows was the only way to make $$$.
Never paid any attention after that to what my Dad had to say financially. It has been a good ride ever since I started to think for myself.
