Pawnee,gage county, neb | I should add that the current renters opinion is that the statement in the will is binding even if the farm is sold & changes owners. I think the current renterenters has no right to continue renting the farm if it is sold & has different owner. I'm sure who ever ends up buying the farm will have some legal fees to pay for in their near future to defend themselves against the current renters claims to his right to continue renting it
