If all you want to do is own acres it looks like a steal compared to the Waggoner.  Always interesting to see who likes what, looks like desolate wasteland to me it isn't that green for very long each year.  Price per AU isn't all that bad though, under $10K.

The "other" private acres also were interesting to me pretty large block of someones else's land they apparently just use.  But if NV is a fence out state that is the way it is.
