Get in there early tomorrow morning and break up the spilled shotcrete on the floor with a sledgehammer. You can scoop it out of the silo whenever, but might as well crack it up into chunks before it gets any harder.
Was the price what you expected?
That concrete truck is just weird. There are no front-unloaders around here.
