Montana | I just want our beef to be identified so the consumer can choose. I am not worried about Canadian Beef so much but if those of us in the USA go broke there will not be money to build roads and bridges for the trucks to bring fat cattle south. Friends have counted as many as 100 loads of Canadian fats going south on 191. I have heard that the requirements for truckers is much different for US and Canadian truckers.
We need a level playing field and I know we do not have it. I do know that more stuff is imported by Canada than Exported to us and I have not met a Canadian I don't like so I really don't feel the issues with Canada that I do with many other Countries. | |
