You're selling at regrowth, does that mean you want to keep them green enough and light enough to go to grass?  If so, the calves should do at least 1.25# ADG on that grass alone which would get you to 675-700# by March 1.  Just be sure to have a good stocker mineral out for them.
If you'd like to take them to 750-800# so they can go on feed, then 2-4# of that mix would go a long ways (plus a good stocker mineral).
