E.C. MI | Add it to the list of things that's ticking me off with the coop. This summer they were offering $35 black 2016 contracts so at that point I thought we would at least get high 20s on the 2015 pool payment...Nope-$25... called to ask for an explaination ( maybe there was a good reason- I don't grow many drybeans and don't know much about the market) and " the guy who knew" never called me back . I do very little business with them but I am looking elsewhere if I grow edibles again. I don't know how guys in the thumb deal with them for all their needs - they r cheap on their grain prices and high on their inputs ... Oh I know ..."The Patronage!" ha ha Just seems like every time I go to their locations they r building and adding nice new equipment ... I'd like a bit more of that in my own pocket . | |
