Subject: RE: using ditcher to build waterway

Strathcona, mn
Here, the liebrecht ditcher are popular. They move a lot of dirt but take serious pto hp. They handle wet conditions and rocks better than the wolverine ditchers. I've ised a pull type hurricane ditcher with success. The one I ised takes a 24" wide cut and requires a lot less tractor than a liebrecht and is about 1/6 the cost of a liebrecht. I built a 20' wide v-plow for repairing my ditches. It works faster and cheaper than a rotary ditcher but doesn't feather out as far either.
