Do you have Budd wheels D?..Daytons can be a bugger to get straight and balanced at times.
Edit to make sure your king pins aren't worn.
Not a good thing to do really but easy and cheap to jack up the drives and see if they do it sitting still with the drive wheels turning under power at said speed.
