SW Iowa | I see this in my place of work (factory) to often. When I got hired on almost 30 yrs ago, it was an act of God to get a job here. People were jealous. But now we hire 6 and by the end of two weeks they are all gone. Most are in their early 20's, pierced nose and/or lips, tattoo's every where. Can't get to work on time, have a "not my fault" attitude.
(Not against tattoos, got one when I was 40 and my dad still chewed my but!) | |
